Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

No Refund Policy

All products sold on Softmize App Studio are digital software source code and UI templates delivered electronically. Once access is provided, the product is deemed delivered.

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
• The delivered files are technically inaccessible and we are unable to provide access after reasonable support attempts.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of technical knowledge to use the source code
• Incompatibility with third-party tools, services, or app stores
• App Store or Play Store rejection
