Softmize App Studio sells original digital software source code and UI templates for Flutter and iOS applications. All products are delivered digitally.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the source code for your own projects.

You may:

• Modify the code for personal or commercial projects
• Use the code in applications developed for clients

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code as-is or with minor modifications
• Share the source code publicly or privately as a standalone product

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• App Store or Play Store approval
• Revenue, downloads, or rankings
• Compatibility with future OS versions or third-party services

4. Support

Basic setup documentation is provided. Ongoing technical support, customization, or maintenance is not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or process card details directly.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Softmize App Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
